  • Shipping policy

    All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only offer shipping through Canada Post.

    Free Local Pickup

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in the City of Dawson Creek .  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up . We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    We take extreme pride in our products and promise to pack your order in a manner that will allow safe arrival to you. In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.   • Taking good care of your sublimation tumbler ensures the longevity of the tumbler and the designs on it. Here are a few things you should keep in mind when caring for your sublimation tumbler:

    • Hand Wash:It is best to hand wash your sublimation tumbler to maintain its quality. You can use mild dish soap and warm water to clean the tumbler.

    • Do Not Soak:To prevent water from getting in between the design and the tumbler, do not soak your tumbler in water.

    • Avoid Abrasives:When washing the tumbler, avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes that can scratch or damage the designs.

    • Dry Immediately:After cleaning the tumbler, make sure to dry it immediately with a clean towel or air dryer.
